Our Fees
NDIS
We provide Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services to NDIS participants. We see clients who are Plan-managed and Self-managed.
Private Health Insurance
Your private health insurer may offer you a rebate for Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services. Please contact your insurer to check your level of cover.
Medicare
Chronic Condition Management Plan (CCMP): Your child may be eligible for a referral from your GP for a CCMP. Medicare provides a rebate ($61.80 as at 16 February 2026) for 5 sessions per calendar year - please note that the rebate does not cover the cost of the whole session. Medicare will only cover a portion of the session cost and there will still be gap payment once the rebate has been claimed.
M10: From March 1 2026, children with stuttering, speech sound disorders, and cleft lip or palate may be eligible for a referral from your GP for up to 28 sessions (in total across the child’s lifetime). Medicare provides a rebate ($87.25 as at 16 February 2026) for 28 sessions (8 assessments sessions and 20 treament/therapy sessions). Medicare will only cover a portion of the session cost and there will still be gap payment once the rebate has been claimed.
Please chat to your GP about these options above, send us the referral and we will handle the rest.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
The Time 2 Talk office has a HICAPS machine so we can process any payments, Private Health claims and Medicare rebates in the office. You can also lodge any claims online.
Travel will be charged depending on the time required to travel to your home/childcare/school and will be divided by the number of children seen in a location/town. Time 2 Talk’s fees are in line with the current NDIS price guide. For an up-to-date price list, please contact us.
Cancellation Policy
At Time 2 Talk we take the time to prepare individually for each client to ensure that we are providing the best possible service for families. We require a minimum of 2 business days’ notice of changes to, or cancellation of, appointments. A cancellation fee will be charged if this notice is not given.
A summary copy of our Cancellation Policy is provided with all new client paperwork. If you would like to read our full policy, please contact us.

Also, limited rebates for speech pathology services are available through Medicare for specific client groups under a Chronic Disease Management Program (formerly Enhanced Primary Care Plan) or the Helping Children with Autism initiative. Please consult with your GP if you feel your child may qualify for this.

We provide an individual therapy programme for each child. The length of therapy is dependent on the nature of the child’s difficulties and the extent of these difficulties. Following your child’s assessment, recommendations for ongoing intervention will be fully discussed with you.
